What other fees are included in a Rental?
*Prep Fee: $119
*Refundable Deposit: $750
*Insurance: $100 for standard trip 2-3 days

**Holiday Price Increases**
Is there a minimum and maximum rental length?
Yes, we have a 2 night minimum and a 2 week maximum.
Are Pets Allowed?
Yes, pets are allowed upon approval.
A pet fee is applied as well as a $150 refundable deposit for damages, per pet.
Do you allow trailers to go out of state?
We currently do NOT have an option for out of state travel.
Do you allow smoking/vaping in the trailers?
All our trailers are non smoking. Smoking/vaping in the trailers results in forfeiture of deposit.
