Rental Fees & Optional Add-Ons
 

Our goal is to  provide a clean, fully prepared trailer and enhance your camping experience, the following fees and optional add-ons are available:
 

Required Fees:

Preparation Fee – $119
This one-time fee covers cleaning, sanitizing, propane inspection, battery charging, tank preparation, and safety checks prior to your rental.

Sales Tax – 10.48%
Applicable Arizona state and local taxes will be applied to the rental rate and any selected add-ons as required by law.

Optional Add-Ons

Generator Rental – $75 per day
Perfect for dry camping or campsites without electrical hookups. Generator comes full with fuel and is required to be refilled prior to return.

Kitchenware Package – $55 per trip
Includes basic cookware, utensils, plates, bowls, cups, and cooking tools for your camping trip.

Firewood Bundle – $10
Conveniently supplied firewood bundle for use where permitted by campground regulations.

Weight Distribution / Sway Control Hitch – $45 per trip
Available on select trailers and recommended for improved towing stability and safety. Please verify compatibility with your tow vehicle before departure.

Main Bed Linen Package – $50 per trip
Includes freshly laundered sheets, pillowcases, pillows, and bedding for the primary bed, allowing you to travel lighter and start your trip comfortably.

Additional Notes

• Add-ons are subject to availability.

• Fees are charged per trip unless otherwise noted.

• Lost, damaged, or excessively soiled equipment may result in additional charges.

• Please reserve optional items prior to pickup to ensure availability.
